Kool & the Gang
Kool & The Gang on crossover R&B-pop-yhtye Jersey Citystä, Yhdysvalloista. Se perustettiin vuonna 1964 jazz-yhtyeeksi nimeltä The Jazziacs. Vuonna 1969 he solmivat sopimuksen De-Lite Recordsin kanssa ja julkaisivat itse nimeämänsä albumin.
1970-luvun lopulla he siirtyivät puhtaasta syvästä funkista diskoon ja menestyivät paremmin.
Bändissä ovat Robert Bell, Ronald Bell, George Brown, Dennis Thomas, Robert Mickens, Clifford Adams, James Taylor, Sonnie Martin, Rodney Ellis, Jirmad Gordon ja Shawn McQuiller.
Heidän kappaleensa "Jungle Boogie" esiintyy vuoden 1994 elokuvassa Pulp Fiction.
