NHL-kausi 1964-65 oli National Hockey Leaguen 48. kausi. Kuusi joukkuetta pelasi kukin 70 ottelua. Jean Beliveau voitti vastikään käyttöön otetun Conn Smythe Trophyn arvokkaimpana pelaajana pudotuspelien aikana. Montreal Canadiens voitti ensimmäisen Stanley Cupinsa sitten vuoden 1960, kun se voitti Chicago Black Hawksin seitsemän ottelun finaalisarjassa.
